Advising

I’ll advise on ways to operationalize your objectives.
Leveraging years of experience in strategy and advancement, operations, financial management, technology and talent, I’ll help figure out what’s next for your endeavor. I’ll also focus on good people practice—fostering positive culture, maintaining an equity lens, and letting humanness and play be okay along the way.

Projects
You need more than direction; you need a tactical assist. I’ll be a key player on short-term, high-impact projects or when there’s an executive staffing need.
Specialties include:
Bridging people and process gap(s) - I’ll step-in for a few hours to a few months as an expert tactical lead - finalize operational or infrastructural deliverables; manage a project or project component; act as a short-term executive while you hire; or pinch hit as a facilitator for a focus group or an ideation or co-design session.
Tech to business practice integration - I’ll help figure out how to design your technology or systems to work best for your team, so that work-life is easier. I “speak tech” and work directly with technical vendors to ensure what they are building and coding meets your needs.
Adoption - I’ll help you move from implementation to utilization. If there’s a fabulous thing you’ve made (or are making) or an operational change you’re rolling out (or envisioning), I’ll help develop and deploy strategies to get your team to actually use it.
Training
Your team wants to gain practical, people-friendly knowledge on ways to make doing easier, more fun and more efficient and effective. I’ll provide trainings that can be applied in business or at home. They focus on the practices, processes and tools that make work not such much work.
