Delshan Baker is Founder & CEO of Endeavor TBD, LLC, an operations firm for the socially-vested. Prior, she spent twenty years in the social sector, including as Vice President of Investment (in relationships) and Senior Director of Operations at Thread; Operations Director at Context Partners; and Director of Program Planning and Evaluation at the Center for Urban Families. She helped to start-up the TouchPoint Baltimore corporate / non-profit partnership; managed budgets up to $11M; lead a network of 1,500+ volunteers, staff and students; written $5M in successful proposals; and provided training and technical assistance on program implementation to organizations across the U.S. Delshan has a B.A. from Stanford University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, and is a proud alum of Western High School.
